- Venue
- Course structure
- Delivery format
- Programme content

16. Batch Transfer and Rescheduling
At its sole discretion, the Organisation may allow batch transfer, rescheduling, repeat access or adjustment to another batch where operationally possible.
Batch transfer or rescheduling is not guaranteed and shall depend on seat availability, programme type, batch size, trainer availability, technical feasibility and internal approval.
Granting one transfer or adjustment shall not create a general right to future transfers, credits or refunds.
17. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant cancels, withdraws or chooses not to continue after payment, no refund shall ordinarily be provided.
The Organisation may, at its sole discretion, offer credit, transfer, partial adjustment or alternative access in exceptional cases. Such discretionary accommodation shall not be treated as a legal obligation or precedent.
18. Cancellation by the Organisation
If the Organisation permanently cancels a programme and does not provide a reasonable substitute, rescheduled session, alternative batch, credit or equivalent service, it may, at its discretion or where required by applicable law, offer an appropriate refund, credit or transfer.
The Organisation shall not be liable for indirect losses, travel expenses, opportunity loss, business loss, emotional distress, internet cost or any other consequential loss arising from cancellation or rescheduling.
19. Postponement and Alternative Delivery
If a class, workshop, webinar, event or programme is postponed, delayed or rescheduled, the participant shall generally be entitled to attend the rescheduled session or alternative arrangement, not a refund.
Where reasonably practicable, the Organisation may provide alternative delivery through online mode, recorded access, make-up session, repeat session, substitute trainer or revised schedule.

Refunds for verified duplicate or excess payments may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, bank charges, administrative costs or taxes where applicable.

The Organisation shall not be responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts, incorrect UPI IDs, wrong QR codes, wrong beneficiaries or unauthorised persons where such payment was not received by the Organisation.
Users are responsible for verifying payment details before making payment.
23. Taxes, Gateway Charges and Administrative Costs
Where any refund is approved, the refunded amount may be reduced by applicable taxes, bank charges, payment gateway fees, transaction costs, administrative expenses or any non-recoverable amount incurred by the Organisation.
Taxes already deposited or payable to government authorities may not be refundable except where legally permissible.
24. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved in writing by the Organisation, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time after verification.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, internal verification, holidays, technical issues and regulatory requirements.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be made to the original payment method or bank account used for payment, unless the Organisation decides otherwise for valid operational reasons.
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Participants agree to contact the Organisation first before initiating any chargeback, reversal request, dispute or complaint with a bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.
Fraudulent, abusive, premature or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to services, cancellation of registration and recovery action in accordance with applicable law.
26. No Refund for Misconduct or Policy Violation
No refund shall be provided where access is suspended, restricted or terminated because of user misconduct, abuse, harassment, cheating, disruption, unlawful activity, unauthorised sharing of materials, violation of class rules, violation of intellectual property rights or breach of any applicable policy.
27. No Refund for Dissatisfaction Without Defect in Service

Mere dissatisfaction, change of personal preference, disagreement with teaching style, lack of practice, failure to attend regularly or expectation of guaranteed outcomes shall not ordinarily constitute grounds for a refund.
28. No Guarantee of Outcome
Our programmes are educational and developmental in nature. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, income generation, freelancing success, business growth, public speaking success, English fluency, personal transformation, visa approval, admission, certification recognition by third parties or any specific result.
Therefore, failure to achieve a desired personal, professional, academic, financial or career outcome shall not entitle the participant to a refund.
