  • Webinars, masterclasses, and live online sessions
  • Offline events such as workshops, retreats, seminars, and public speaking intensives
  • Special sessions, consultations, and immersive programs

All services are delivered subject to availability, scheduling, and facilitator discretion. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or cancel services at any time without prior notice.

  1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

2.1 Online Courses and Digital Programs

  • All orders for online training courses are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once purchased, these programs are not eligible for cancellation or transfer under any circumstances.
  • Orders placed using a corporate account, bulk registration, or a discount code in live webinars are likewise non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Access to digital courses is granted solely for the registered participant and may not be reassigned or shared with another person.
  • Payments made for Masterclasses, Webinars, or Special Sessions are final and non-refundable.

2.2 Offline Programs and In-Person Events

  • Payments for offline seminars, workshops, and immersive events are generally non-refundable.
  • If a participant chooses to cancel, a maximum refund of 10% of the total fee may be granted, subject to management approval.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the scheduled offline event.
  • Registrations for offline events are non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by the organizers.
  • In case of unforeseen changes in venue, schedule, or faculty, participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made where feasible.

2.3 Event Disruptions and Force Majeure

We will not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.

  1. Participant Responsibilities
  • Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and respectful behavior throughout programs.
  • Any form of misconduct, disruption, or violation of event guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet technical requirements for online sessions (such as stable internet connection, device compatibility, and updated software).
  • All learning outcomes, skill development, or results from participation are subjective and may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific performance, results, or career advancement.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Participation in any of our programs is entirely voluntary. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your own learning, application, and outcomes.
  • David Linus (David Conrad Linus) shall bear no legal, financial, or moral liability for participant decisions, cancellations, or consequences arising from participation.
  • We are not responsible for technical errors, system downtime, data loss, or third-party platform failures affecting access to digital content.
  • Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the specific program.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content delivered in our programs—including videos, presentations, handouts, workbooks, frameworks, and recordings—is the exclusive intellectual property of David Linus (David Conrad Linus).
  • Participants are granted limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive rights to access and use content strictly for personal learning.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of program content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6.1 Information We Collect

We may collect personal information including your name, contact details, payment details, and participation history when you:

  • Register for an event or course
  • Subscribe to our newsletters or updates
  • Communicate with us via email, phone, or online forms

  • Sending program-related updates, resources, and reminders

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Supaul, Bihar, India.
