How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please use the following subject line:

Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information so that we can identify and process your request:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your mobile or WhatsApp number, where applicable
• Your Facebook or Instagram profile link, where applicable
• The name of the service, form, campaign or platform you used
• A brief description of the information you want deleted

Identity Verification

To protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to confirm your identity or demonstrate that you control the email address, mobile number, social media profile or account associated with the request.

We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify and process the deletion request.

Information We May Delete

Subject to successful verification and applicable legal requirements, we may delete or anonymize information associated with your request, including:

• Name, email address and telephone number
• Lead form and enquiry submissions
• Customer relationship management records
• Marketing preferences and campaign records
• WhatsApp contact and communication records
• Facebook or Instagram lead information
• Website registration and contact records
• Uploaded documents, where deletion is legally permitted
• Other personal information linked to the relevant account

Information We May Need to Retain

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law. This may include records needed for:

• Taxation, accounting or financial reporting
• Fraud prevention and platform security
• Dispute resolution or legal claims
• Regulatory compliance
• Payment reconciliation
• Enforcement of contractual obligations

Where full deletion is not legally permitted, the information may be restricted, archived or anonymized where appropriate.

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and ordinarily complete them within 30 days.

More complex requests may require additional time. Where this occurs, we may contact you with an update or request further information.

Meta Platform Data

If you have interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another Meta service, your request may cover personal information received through Meta lead forms, messaging tools, advertising campaigns, social media interactions or the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Deleting information from our internal systems does not necessarily delete information independently retained by Meta. You may also need to manage or delete information directly through your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta account settings.

Withdrawal of Marketing Consent

You may also ask us to stop sending marketing communications without requesting full deletion of your information.
