  1. Online training course orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to a Seminar training course.
  2. Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” in the LIVE webinar are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
  4. Payment made for any kind of Masterclass, Webinar, Special Session is non-refundable.
  5. None of the courses, programs, webinars, seminars, trainings, open houses and town halls among other types/categories either online recorded, online live or physical face to face are eligible for any refund as these programs have been published at discounted prices / rates / fees and/or have/have been availed at a discounted price and/or have requested a change in the original payment payment plan to suit their financial challenges/situations.
