All programs, courses, masterclasses, webinars, seminars, special sessions, and related offerings by David Linus (David Conrad Linus), whether conducted online or offline, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Online Courses & Digital Programs
   • All online training course orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer to any other seminar, course, or training.
   • Orders placed with a Corporate Account or using a Discount Code during live webinars are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. No exceptions.
   • Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
   • Payment made for any kind of Masterclass, Webinar, or Special Session is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Offline Programs & In-Person Events
   • Payments made for offline seminars, workshops, or training sessions are non-refundable, except for cancellations made by the participant.
   • In the event of a participant cancellation:
     • A maximum refund of 10% of the total fee may be accorded.
     • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the scheduled offline event.
   • Registrations for offline events are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the organizers.
3. General Terms
   • By enrolling or making payment for any program, whether online or offline, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
   • Participation is voluntary, and David Linus (David Conrad Linus) shall bear no legal, financial, or moral liability for cancellations, participant decisions, technological failures, unforeseen disruptions, or outcomes of the training.
   • All liability, risk, or consequence arising from participation remains solely with the participant.
